Antiqued goldtone scrolled-design horn or loop that leads to a large ram’s head. There is a lot of detail to this piece, even though they chose not to fancy it up with rhinestones. Measures 1 3/4″ x 1 1/4″. The back is marked “ART”. The clip and the pin are in good working condition and the hinge is very tight. This is a different piece of jewelry and the best that I can figure, it is made to be a pin and/or to clip onto a scarf and then let the end run from the back, through the loop, and out the front.
