Beautiful German Round Garnet Pin with Curved Teardrop Garnets

This is an awesome old piece of jewelry.  This is a beautiful swirl of garnets set into a goldtone setting.  The garnets are an unusual curved teardrop shape, all set around 1 large round cabochon garnet.  There are also small round garnets surrounding the center stone.  All the garnets are prong set.  The back is marked “MADE IN GERMANY”.  Pin measures 1 1/2″ across.  Safety clasp is in good working condition.  Of note, there is one tiny chip in the flat surface of one of the curved teardrop stones.  You can see it in the closeup of the front.  It is in the 1 o’clock position and looks like a tiny white speck.  Otherwise, it’s in great vintage condition.
