This is a beautiful set. It is heavily Japanned (black enameled). Each piece is a pear covered in firey red rhinestones, with 2 black (Japanned) leaves and a stem. The safety clasp and clips are in good working condition. Pin measures 1-7/8″ x 1-1/4″. Earrings measure 1-1/8″ x 5/8″. There are 2 chips in the black enameling on the back. This is a really very well made set and is just beautiful.
