Light goldtone circle with a silvertone spray of blue rhinestones at the top. However, the silvertone spray can be moved along the circle and reveals a row of clear rhinestones that comes out of the circle. It is a quite amazing little mechanical pin. Safety clasp is in good working condition. Measures 1 1/2″. Very unusual and in great condition.
