Carnelian and Marcasite Filigree Necklace

Beautiful silvertone filigree necklace set with 3 oval prong set carnelian stones. Each has 4 marcasites around it. There are also 2 filigree links with a single marcasite in the center. Each carnelian link measures approximately 1″ x 3/4″. The only thing to point out with this necklace is that it is only 14-1/4″ long. It does fit around my neck, but I doubt it was made this way, as these necklaces usually hung down and weren’t worn close to the neck, but I wanted to point it out.
