Silvertone scepter with crown at the top. The back is marked “PAT. 2066969″ which was a patent applied for on February 1, 1935 by F.E. Farnham for the bar closure. You can check it out at the United States Patents and Trademarks website. Measures 3″ long. Safety clasp in good working condition.
