Really unusual necklace composed of a double-sided round medallion with 5 double-sided teardrops dangling from it.  I’m not sure of the stone that is used in this, but it appears to be some sort of turquoise-colored composite.  The warrior face is embedded in one side of the medallion and has a silver face and a copper and goldtone helmet.  This side is turquoise-colored.  The reverse side has a maze design and is set in a blue-colored composite.  The dangles are turquoise-colored composite on both sides.  One teardrop has a possible chip on it, so I have pictured it for your viewing.  The bale on the pendant is marked “TAXCO MEXICO 925” in a circle with “AVG” in the center.   There is also a symbol that may be an eagle with a 3 on it, but I’m not sure.  It’s not stamped clearly.  The pendant also has some peeling to the finish that was over the metal.  You can see it in the pictures.  The neck chain is an usual looking double link.  The chain is 28″ long, and the clasp is marked something unreadable and”STERLING 925″ in a circle, and in the center is what looks like “IIPA”.  The back of the clasp is marked “MEXICO”.  The clasp is in good working condition.  Very well-made piece.
