Egyptian-Style Imitation Turquoise Czechoslovakian Necklace
$81.00
My mom bought this beautiful Egyptian style antique necklace at an estate sale over 30 years ago for me. It was probably made in the 1920s and is marked "CZECHOSLOVAKIA". The necklace is composed of 25 fancy goldtone Egyptian-Influenced medallions with oval and round glass cabochons made to look like turquoise. 1 of the stones has a crack in it, but it is hard to see (first oval to the right of the center). There is also 1 stone with a chip in it (first oval (6th stone) from the left). I’ve never seen a necklace quite like this. It is gorgeous! The chain is 17" long. The largest medallion is 1-1/8" long x 1" wide. The smallest medallion measures 3/8" x 3/8". Safety clasp is in good working condition.
