Fantastic “Geneve Precision” Working Wind-Up Watch and Mechanism Cuff Links
$195.00
This is the most unusual pair of cuff links I’ve ever seen. One cuff link features a black-faced watch with goldtone hands, numbers and second hand. The back has a small hole in it near the winder, which was designed that way and not a flaw, although I’m not sure the purpose. The face is marked “GENEVE PRECISION” and “17 JEWELS”. The other cuff link is the open mechanism of a watch but without the hands and face. It is marked “TWO 2 ADJUSTMENTS” and “FIFTEEN 15 JEWELS”. The bar mechanism on the back of each cuff link is marked with a patent number of “2,472,958”. This was a patent applied for on June 18, 1948 by Jacob M. Oldak, and approved on June 14, 1949. Each cuff link is a heavy clear plastic dome that measures 1” across. The cuff links are made of goldtone metal. Both cuff links are in great vintage condition, and BOTH CUFF LINKS ARE IN WORKING CONDITION. These cuff links are old-school wind-up watches and NOT battery operated. These are oldies!
