Goldtone Owl Pin Tray with Black Rhinestone Eyes

Heavy antiqued goldtone pin tray owl with nice feather detailing. There are 2 black rhinestones for eyes. The back is bright textured goldtone and is marked with a copyright symbol and “TAN”. There is a little black mark on the tail feathers of the owl which I have taken a picture of . It isn’t really noticeable from the front. The owl measures 5 3/4″ x 3 3/4″. Most likely circa 1970.
