This is a very large, heavily flowered and scrolled brass-looking pin with a light blue and white speckled glass scarab in the bottom center that has 1 dark blue spot on it (part of the design). It is prong set. The piece is very well detailed and very well made. The back is marked “STYLE METAL SPEC. N.Y.” I believe this was made in Speculator, NY; however, I also saw on the Internet where it was believed “SPEC” meant “Specialty” so hopefully someone has more information on this company. Safety clasp is in good working condition. Pin measures 2-3/4″ x 2-1/4″. Very well made.
