Limited Edition 2000 Walt Disney World Watch and Stand – Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand

This is a really neat limited edition Disney watch to commemorate the year 2000. It comes with a nice heavy resin stand that has “2000” with Mickey, Donald, and Goofy holding hands in relief on it. The stand says “Walt Disney World” and “Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand” on the base and weighs 1 pound 6 ounces. The watch is attached with a zip tie and is still in the original wrapping so I did not remove it from the stand because it has never been worn and I wanted to keep it original. The face of the watch has the same 2000 logo as the stand but in color. It also says “Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand” in black and “Walt Disney World” in red. The band has a riveted appearance in shiny and brushed silvertone. By looking at this watch on another site, I know that the back says “Celebrate the Future Hand in Hand” and “The Walt Disney Theme Parks and Resorts” around the edge, and in the center has the 2000 logo with “Disney, Limited Edition, (#)/2000, Japan”. This watch is limited to 2000, but I don’t know the number since I have not taken the watch off the stand. The watch also has the original tag on it. The price of $150.00 is on one side, and the other side says “The Walt Disney Theme Parks and Resorts” and a copyright symbol and “The Walt Disney Company”. The watch measures 1″ across and is 8″ around. I am assuming the watch just needs a new battery since it has never been worn. This is a really neat millennial commemorative.
