Moonstone West Germany Necklace and Earrings

Wonderful goldtone filigree pendant dangles from a partially filigreed goldtone chain. The pendant has a large prong set moonstone (imitation opal look) oval cabachon surrounded by 4 large prong set moonstones, 4 medium moonstones, and 4 small imitation pearls. 3 odd pear-shaped moonstone beads and 4 imitation pearls dangle from the pendant. The chain is a different color goldtone then the rest, however, I have seen this chain on other West German pieces before so I do not believe it has been replaced. The clasp is marked “MADE IN WESTERN GERMANY”. Necklace measures 15″ from dangle to clasp. Pendant measures 3″. The earrings are goldtone filigree with a large prong set moonstone at the top with 2 tiny imitation pearls and 1 small moonstone set below it. An odd pear-shaped moonstone bead and 1 small imitation pearl bead dangle from the earrings. Each earring measures 2″ long. The backs are marked “W. GERMANY”. Clips are in good working condition. One earring’s back is a bit tarnished, but it does not detract from the set. This is a nice example of a 1950s West German set.
