Old Charm of a Charmer Bracelet – Some Sterling

$195.00

There are 11 charms on this charm bracelet, many of which are sterling. The bracelet itself is NOT marked sterling that I could find. 1) A girl sitting in a martini glass with red enamel shoes on, the bottom is marked “STERLING”; 2) A woman in a red enamel dress that is being blown up in the wind. There is green enamel on the underside of her hat. She also has little blue enamel bows on her garters. She is holding a purse that reads “Miss Chicago” and moves freely on her arm. The underside of her skirt is marked “STERLING”. 3) Ball and chain charm. This charm is not marked but looks sterling. 4) Naked woman holding a towel with a red and green enamel stripe in front of her. The towel is hinged and moves. The woman’s leg is marked “STERLING”. 5) Two dice. This charm is not marked but looks sterling. 6) An Asian coolie carrying a basket of red enamel flowers. This charm is not marked but looks sterling. 7) Bride and groom charm. The groom pivots at the waist a bit. Bottom is marked with a copyright symbol, “C.M.C”, and “STERLING”. 8) A cowboy on a rearing horse. The horse’s hind legs are hinged. The bottom is marked with the copyright symbol, but is not marked sterling. 9) A crowing rooster with a red enamel comb. He is hinged at the neck and tail. This charm is not marked but looks sterling. 10) A cowboy standing inside of a fence. The gate of the fence is hinged and opens up and is marked “DON’T FENCE ME IN”. It appears that there’s writing on the fence but I’m not sure. I’m not sure if this is marked sterling or not. 11) A man and woman sitting on a bench. They slide back and forth on the bench. The bottom is marked “STERLING”. All of the charms measure between 3/8″ and 1″. Almost all of the charms are soldered on. I believe all of the charms are sterling, although some are not marked. This bracelet contains some very old charms depicting someone’s wild life.
