Old Plastic Locust Pin

This is a scary looking locust pin made of old white plastic with a brown painted head body and legs. The eyes look like a goldish color. There is just a touch of paint wear on a few high spots, but the way it is painted, it is hard to tell paint loss from technique. The back has an old c-clasp imbedded in the plastic. The plastic itself is marked “FRANCE”. The locust measures 2 3/4″ x 7/8″. It is really quite neat in a creepy kind of way.
