Large rectangle cut steel shoe buckles with an open design. The buckles on the back are strangely enough marked “U.S. PAT. PEND.” and “MADE IN FRANCE.” The buckle part on the back has some sort of mechanism for (I’m guessing) securing these to the shoes. These are each marked “PRIMROSE PAT”. I have no idea how these work and I couldn’t figure out how they come off. These buckles are in great condition for their age. Each buckle measures 2-1/4″ x 2″.
