Brushed goldtone branch with 2 fruits, maybe lemons, hanging from it. The leaves are light green enameled and the tops of the fruit are orange and yellow enameled. The fruits have round yellow rhinestones and imitation topaz marquis and round rhinestones set into them. The back is marked “PUCCINI” on a disc. Measures 2 1/4″ x 1 1/2″. Safety clasp is in good working condition.
