Absolutely beautiful glass necklace made in the exact style of a rosary; however, instead of a crucifix on the end, there is a round purple glass container with a silvertone hinged lid, with a picture of Mary and Baby Jesus in relief on it, that opens to reveal a very tiny purple glass rosary with opaque white glass beads at the stations. The crucifix is stamped and extremely tiny. The necklace appears to be made of brace. The heart center has “IHS” inside of a crown of thorns. The back is blank and has some discoloration to the metal. There also may some tiny, tiny chips along the edge of the round pendant, but it’s hard to tell since the glass is molded and a bit rough; otherwise, I find nothing wrong with this beautiful set. The necklace measures 25″ long. From the top of the heart to the bottom of the pendant measures 4-1/4″. The pendant measures 1-1/8″. The rosary hangs 6-1/2″. The crucifix itself measures 5/8″ x 5/16″.
