Beautiful goldtone opera glasses covered in mother of pearl rectangles. The rings you look through are also mother of pearl, and they are each marked “T. H. McAllister, New York.” The dial to adjust the focus is a plastic pearlized dial. There are many scratches on metal, but the opera glasses work very well. There is also one spot on the mother of pearl that looks funny. I can’t tell if it was chipped and glued or is just a unpolished area on the mother of pearl, but I wanted to point it out and it is shown in the pictures. Glasses measure 3″ tall by 4″ wide and 1-1/2″ deep.
