Vintage Opaque Cherry Amber Bakelite Rose-Cut Bead Necklace

This is a beautiful old opaque cherry amber Bakelite necklace composed of 54 beads with roses/flowers carved into them, all of which appear to be in great condition. There is also an old filigree brass clasp which is in great working condition. The necklace measures 26-1/4". Each bead measures almost 1/2" across. It could probably use a re-stringing, as there is about 1/4" of string visible by the clasp when it is dangling, but this is the only flaw I can find on this piece. The beads, when warmed, have a camphor smell indicative of Bakelite. I purchased this necklace from an estate auction over 10 years ago. This is an absolutely beautiful antique piece of jewelry and is in great vintage condition.
