This is an old pin that looks like it is composed of 6 awareness ribbons made of abalone (although this was made way before awareness ribbons were created). The center is a hexagon piece of abalone. The back is marked “XOLA 925 STERL” AND “925” with “R. GARCIA TAXCO MEX” around it in a circle. The back has a bale on the back and can be worn as a pendant. Safety clasp is in good working condition. Measures 2″ across.
