Old Kramer Blue Ribbon Pin and Earrings Set

This is a set comprised of bright blue enamel ribbons edged in small clear rhinestones on a silvertone setting. One earring and the pin are marked “KRAMER” with the copyright symbol. There is some wear to the enamel.  The pin measures 2″ x 1 ½” and the earrings measure 1 1/4″ x 3/4″. Safety clasp and clips are in good working condition.
