This is a political set of jewelry representing the 1964 Republican candidate, Barry Goldwater. The pin is a ring of aurora borealis stones with a brushed goldtone elephant in the center wearing a pair of black enamel glasses that move on the elephant’s face. The earrings are brushed goldtone elephant heads with black enamel glasses that also move on the elephants’ faces. The safety clasp and screwbacks are in good working condition. Pin measures 1 ½” and the earrings measure 3/4″. A really neat set of jewelry.
