This is a cute little pin that was a souvenier from the “Kitchener Waterloo Oktoberfest” (written on the white plastic banner) which is located in Ontario, Canada and has been an annual event since 1969. Hanging from the banner are an edelweiss flower, a red heart, and a green hat. Catch is an old safety pin design. Measures almost 1 1/2″ across and hangs 1 1/4′. A really cute little souvenier.
