This is a huge pin.  It features a silvertone gavel and a torch inside a laurel wreath that dangles from a ribbon that could potentially be engraved.  I do not know what this symbol represents; possibly military??  The  pin is an old C-clasp and is in good working condition.  The pin is huge and measures 4″ x 2 3/4″.  Wish I knew what this stands for.
