Large round white porcelain cabochon with a decal of a Victorian woman on it. The woman is wearing a large black hat with a large feather on it. The front is signed “Gainsburgh by Job Lateas, Amsterdam Holland”. I Am not sure about the spelling of the artist’s name, but I’ve tried to picture it. The porcelain cabochon is prong-set into a goldtone setting. There is some wear on the decal of the hair, which I pictured in the first closeup, and there is a tiny stress mark along the edge of the porcelain by the feather on the hat, which I pictured in the second closeup. The pin measures 1½ inches across. Safety clasp is in good working condition.
